Cancellation Policy

COVID 19 POLICY - No extra guest - Masks are required to enter and receive services. 
- Hand washing will be required upon entering - Please do not schedule if you are feeling ill. If you are currently scheduled and are feeling ill, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
 - If you show symptoms of being ill, (i.e cough, runny nose) you will not be serviced.
(If you test positive for COVID-19, you must wait 2 weeks after being tested in order to schedule and be serviced.) LASH POLICY - All deposit are non refundable. You must make it to your every lash appointment. no call no show or last minute cancellation you will be required to leave another deposit for you following appointment. -If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. -Lash fills are recommended to get every 2-3 weeks. -f you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session. BODY TREATMENT POLICY * Avoid eating heavy meals the day of your scheduled service. DO NOT eat 2 hours before your treatment. * DRINK WATER! Drinking water is crucial to aid in the flushing out of broken fat that is excreted through your lymphatic system. The day before your treatment, drink at least 2 liters of water. * DO NOT consume caffeine, alcohol or carbonated drinks the day before treatment. * DO NOT wear any lotion or products on the area being treated. My Body Sculpting services are result driven treatment, but it are not for everyone. Those with acute or contagious disease, HIV, a history of cancer, kidney failure, liver failure and a fatty liver are not candidates for this treatment. Individuals with Implant devices such as pacemakers or electrical prosthesis, epilepsy or MS should not undergo ultrasound cavitation non-surgical “liposuction”. Women who are pregnant and/or breast-feeding are also not candidates. Anyone with active contagious skin conditions will not be allowed to undergo treatments either. If you had undergone surgical procedures in the targeted area, it is best to wait three to six months after to have this procedure done. -Expecting Mothers -Women breast feeding/lactating -Children -Those with pacemakers -Diabetes -Cardiac Issues -Vascular disease -Contagious skin conditions -Blood thinners -Varicose veins ALL DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE
